Venue Hire


Supporting community groups

Cleeve village hall is a registered charity whose goal is to provide facilities for local community and charity groups. As such our pricing structure is designed to support other local community, not-for-profit and charity organisations.


By using the hall as a commercial user you are supporting other community users and we value and thank you for this support.


A reduced rate of up to 50% is available for charity and non-profit community groups.
Please note that this discount is discretionary and available by application at the time of booking.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the hirer to leave the hall in a clean and tidy condition




Wedding Reception Package


We offer an all inclusive package from 2:30pm the day before, all day on the day and until 12 noon the following day.


This gives you plenty of time to prepare the day before, and to pack down and clear up the following day leaving you to enjoy your evening.


This includes hire of the whole hall, annex, outside space as well as the use of our well equipped kitchen (glasses, cutlery, crockery)

Children's Birthday Party  (12yrs and under)

We have 8 large round tables available to hire at your event (additional charge);

£5 / table - table only

£10 / table - with white circular table cloths

Stage

If you require any staging options, a contribution of £30 (for either option) is chargeable to cover the setup and use


Main stage or smaller modular pop-up stage which is ideal for small bands or presentations with optional sizing of 1.8m x 1.2, 2.4 or 3.6m)

Off-site Sundry hire


The following items are included in main hall hire however if you wish to hire sundries to use in another location, the following prices apply;
